Devon is a county in South West England. It has two impressive coastlines, one to the north, on the Bristol Channel, and one to the south on the English Channel. The county is very popular with tourists owing to its rolling green hills and dramatic coastlines with many fine beaches. Much of Devons coastline is now a World Heritage Site, "the Jurassic Coast". Principal towns and cities of Devon include Exeter, Torquay and Plymouth.
Devon has borders with Cornwall, Dorset, and Somerset. It is the third largest county in England, after Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, and is the only county in England to have two separate coastlines.
