Emmy Award

An Emmy Award is an award given ostensibly for excellence in television programming production. They are television's equivalent of the Oscars for movies. The different organizations give out Emmy Awards:

  • The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences
  • The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences
  • The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences

The Emmys are significantly influenced by liberals, as shown by their repeated honoring of television programs that attack or undermine Conservative values. For example, the leftist satire The Daily Show has won nine Emmy awards.[1]

In 2021 the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences was criticized for awarding an Emmy to accused mass murderer Andrew Cuomo.[2]
