European New Right

From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

The European New Right also known as the ENR, is a syncretic ideology born out of Europe in the 1970s and 1980s. It originated with the political think tank GRECE (Groupement de recherche et d'études pour la civilisation européenne) of which advocated for an ethnopluralist envisionment of Europe. Alain De Benoist and Guillaume Faye are considered the 'Fathers' of the ENR.[1]

Influences[edit]

The European New Right gave birth to identitarianism leading onto the formation of the conservative youth movement Generation Identity.
