Family Research Council

From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

The Family Research Council was founded in 1981 as a division of James Dobson's Focus on the Family. In 1992, it was split off from Focus on the Family to be able to have a more independent political voice for conservative family values. The current president is Tony Perkins, having taken over the position in 2003.
