From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) is a part of the United States Government that helps with home ownership and mortgages.

FHA loans are for 1 to 4 units with as little as 0% down, but the new loan limit is $362,790, a problem in some high priced areas in the nation.

The Veterans Administration is another government agency that can assist with home loans.
