Guildford

Guildford (pronounced Gillfud) is the county town of Surrey, south-east England. It is the home of the University of Surrey, founded in 1966.[1] Guildford has a ruined fourteenth century castle,[2] and a modern Anglican cathedral, consecrated in 1961.[3] The population of Guildford is 129,701.[4]
