Hospitals blocking hydroxychloroquine

From Conservapedia - Reading time: 3 min

See also: Hydroxychloroquine denial

Many hospitals, particularly those affiliated with universities where opposition to Donald Trump is the greatest, are not allowing hydroxychloroquine to be given to patients there and, because of that politically and ideologically motivated decision, are putting the lives of those patients affected by, and most susceptible to the effects of, the Wuhan coronavirus at risk. Here are examples of hospitals which have publicly stated opposition to it:[1]

  • Northwestern in Chicago, Illinois
  • University of California, San Diego Health

Other hospitals may allow hydrochloroquine only in their small new clinical studies include:[1]

  • Vanderbilt in Tennessee
