Kimberly Ann "Kim" McFadden Guadagno (pronounced gwah-DAH-no; born 1969), a Republican, is the Lieutenant Governor of New Jersey, having won as Christopher Christie's running mate in the 2009 election. Previously she served as Sheriff of Monmouth County, Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey, and Assistant Attorney General of New Jersey.

Guadagno is pro-choice regarding abortion, disagreeing with Christie, who is pro-life.

Guadagno is the first lieutenant governor in New Jersey's history, that office having been created by an amendment to the state's constitution enacted by popular vote in November 2005 and effective January 17, 2006.[1]
