Learn

From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

To learn is to acquire skills, knowledge, or experience. While much learning is associated with schools, colleges, and vocational training, we learn in all aspects and times of our lives. Learning can at times be fun, and others difficult, but without it we are abandoning our ability to think and grow.

Cognitive psychologists who study learning have found that some elements are innate, or biologically-based. For example, language acquisition phases tend to occur in the same order across different people and cultures. People differ in their ability to learn new things, but the extent to which this ability is innate versus acquired through interactions with the environment is not clear.
