Libertarian censorship refers to the tendency of left-libertarians to promote unrestricted free speech in most areas, while demanding censorship of speech with respect to:

• prayer in public school
• criticism of the theory of evolution
• disproof of homosexual beliefs
• explanation of how abortion causes breast cancer and other harms

Examples[edit]

During the 2016 Libertarian Party debates, candidate Gary Johnson declared that bakers should be forced to make wedding cakes for homosexual weddings against their will.^[1]

The self-dubbed "American Civil Liberties Union" frequently champions liberal causes over libertarian ones.
