National Anthem of the Republic of China

From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

The Natonal Anthem of the Republic of China (Hanyu Pinyin: Zhonghua Minguo guoge) was adopted as the national anthem of the Republic of China in 1937 as the de facto anthem but it was officially adopted in 1945. It is now the national anthem of Taiwan, where the ROC survives.

The lyrics were from a 1924 speech by Sun Yat-sen, founder of the ROC. This speech is known as the "Three Principles of the People" (Hanyu Pinyin: Sanmin zhuyi). The music was written in 1928.
