New Alliance Party

From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

The New Alliance Party was a leftist political party in the United States from 1979 to 1994, founded by Fred Newman and Lenora Fulani. It was a continuation of an earlier Marxist political party created and led by Fred Newman called the International Workers Party. Lenora Fulani was their presidential candidate in 1988 and 1992. In 1988 she was on the ballot in all 50 states. They disbanded in 1994 and subsequently attempted to take over the Reform Party.
