New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, is the intermediate appellate court between the trial courts and the New Jersey Supreme Court. Its central office is located in Trenton, New Jersey, but it has multiple Parts.[1]

There are 35 judges who sit in two and three-judge panels, who are selected from parts comprised of four or five judges.

The Appellate Division judges consider appeals from administrative agencies and Tax Court in addition to the trial court.

The Appellate Division decides about 7,000 appeals and 7,500 motions annually.
