Perse (also known as Perseis), was one of the Oceanids, in Greek mythology, and was one of the three thousand daughters of Oceanus and Tethys. She married the sun-god, Helios, and was the mother of Calypso, Aeëtes, Circe, Pasiphae, and Perses.[1]
