The presidential election day for the United States of America is the regularly appointed day on which electors for the President and Vice President of the United States of America cast their votes. The Congress of the United States of America has appointed "the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December next following the electors' appointment" as the legal presidential election day.[1] The electors of USA President and Vice President are appointed on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of the month of November in the fourth year after the previous USA presidential election.[2]
