Pskov (Russian: Псков) is a town in Russia on the banks of the Velikaya River. It's the capital of the Pskov Oblast.[1] It has a population of 203,279 inhabitants as of the 2010 Census.
It lies 20 kilometers (12 mi) of the Estonian border.
