Romulus and Remus

Romulus and Remus 753 BC, the legendary founder of Rome, Romulus, and his twin brother Remus who were raised by a she wolf. They were descendants of the fugitives of Troy who survived the Trojan War.

As legend tells as they were growing older they fought and Romulus killed Remus in a fight, and that is why Rome is called Rome. In Latin, Roma. They fought after apparently having a heated debate on where the base of the city should be built. Romulus was the city's first King.
