Samba

From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

Samba is a Latin music style that originates from Brazil, and is often considered to be the national music style of that country. It is characterized by a driving syncopated rhythm played on a variety of percussion instruments, accompanied by repetitive, upbeat melodies played on brass instruments. Samba music and the dancing associated with it often accompany occasions of celebration, such as carnivals and soccer games.
