Seinfeld was an American sitcom which was broadcast from 1989 to 1998. It was created by Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David. The show depicts the lives of four single adults living in Manhattan. Its tagline was that it was "a show about nothing."

Seinfeld was awarded the Emmy for "Outstanding Comedy series" in 1993, Golden Globe Award for "Best TV-Series (Comedy)" in 1994 and Screen Actors Guild Award for "Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series" in 1995, 1997 and 1998.
