The Triads are a type of gang that originated in China. Similarly to the mafia, yakuza, and drug cartels, they are very organized and dangerous. They are known for crimes such as illegal drug dealing and gun running. They have also been known to kill their enemies and those who quit business with them by sneaking up on them with a very sharp knife and killing them.
