Tulsa is a city in the state of Oklahoma. Tulsa had an important part to play in the oil industry but is now a city of nearly one million people diversified into several industries.

It is home to many Christian ministries, especially within the Pentecostal and Charismatic movements, among them the ministries of Oral Roberts and Kenneth Hagin.

The University of Tulsa and Oral Roberts University, as well as a campus of the University of Oklahoma, are major post-secondary schools in Tulsa.
