War Games! (tract)

From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

War Games! is a religious tract written by Jack Chick. It was originally printed in 2014, and remains an in-stock title. It is listed on their website under the subject "Jehovahs Witness" (sic) and also tagged as "False Religions".

Unlike most tracts that Chick (and successor David Daniels) wrote, this one uses a mixture of third-party narration and a storyline with dialogue.

The tract tells of Melissa Gordon, a devout Jehovah's Witness, who is well-trained in the teachings of her group. One day she goes door-to-door sharing her faith (accompanied by her daughter Emily) and approaches the door of a middle-aged couple, Frank and Bonnie. Though Bonnie doesn't want to open her door to them, Frank insists, stating that he didn't run while in combat and he won't run now; he is well-trained in Jehovah's Witnesses' doctrine and in apologetics of the true Christian faith.

Over the course of the tract, he asks Melissa several questions, each time knowing her response and having a rebuttal ready. At the end, he shares the true Gospel with her; later that night she trusts in Christ for salvation.
