Windsor

From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

Windsor is a town in Berkshire, south-east England, situated on the River Thames west of London. It is notable as the location of Windsor Castle, a royal residence and the largest inhabited castle in Europe. The town is bounded to the east by Windsor Great park (a royal park attached to the castle), while the small town of Eton, connected to Windsor by a bridge over the Thames, is the location of Eton College, the most prestigious public (US: private) school in the United Kingdom.

Windsor is linked to London by the M4 motorway and by two railway lines. It is also close to London Heathrow Airport.
