In Woodford v. Ngo, 126 S.Ct. 2378 (2007), the U.S. Supreme Court held that a prisoner must satisfy the Prison Litigation Reform Act's exhaustion requirement for administrative remedies, 42 U.S.C. § 1997e(a). Filing an untimely or otherwise procedurally defective administrative grievance or appeal does not satisfy this requirement.
