Caveman Principles

From HandWiki - Reading time: 1 min

Caveman Principles is a book by Carl Rosier-Jones. It was published in the UK by Filament Publishing of London in November 2015. The book was designed and written to deliver a different look at stress in a simple and humorous format.

There are currently 3 Principles, all of which are based on the fact that we are evolved Cavemen. Carl's theories are based on the fact that stress is a result of a natural human response. Concentrating on the fight or flight principles, he surmises that this once life saving response is now a debilitating condition that cause us the daily stress of today. He uses theories as far back as Socrates to describe his communication tool, The Caveman Tribal sorter, personality profiling.

His principles are:

1st principle - is that everyone has a stress mammoth.

2nd principle - is that communication is key.

3rd principle - is that personal change is always needed.

The use of characters and the simplicity in the writing of the book has meant that it is being implemented into schools and teaching methods across the UK.
