KaHa, is a Singaporean wearable startup,[1] they are into manufacturing of smartwears, such as watches, accessories, apparels[2] and later expanded its portfolio in 2019, when it introduced it E-commerce system.[3] KaHa has business unit that include research and software development, that serves as an Internet of things for connecting and exchanging data with other devices and systems over the Internet.
In 2020, the company won ORIGIN Innovation Awards for Startup IOT[4] and Clarivate South and South East Asia Innovation Awards for Emerging Corporations.[5] [6] In 2018 at the Consumer Electronics Show, KaHa introduced the NextGen smart wearable OS version.[7]
KaHa was founded by Pawan Gandhi[8] in 2014, as an end-to-end smart wearable, and other IoT's company, for the purpose of connecting and exchanging data with other devices and systems over the Internet. It has its corporate headquarters located in Central Region. It began operation in Singapore with a research and development department in Shenzhen, with an innovation and research lab in one-north.[9] In February 2015, Kaha expanded its research and development operation to Indian, and launched its business division in 2016 at Delhi.[10] KaHa operates subsidiaries in Asia, and KaHa Technologies, is one of these subsidiaries in the Information technology in India, with an authorized capital stands at Rs 5.0 lakhs, with 20% paid-up capital "Rs 1.0 lakhs" in the market.[10] On 26 October 2018, the company established an innovation lab "COVE R2C IoT", with help of it research partners from Republic Polytechnic, A*STAR Research agencies, like SIMTech, I2R, IHPC and Philips Healthcare.[11]

Cove (also known as "CoveIOT") was established as a brand of KaHa in 2015. It serves as an end-to-end smart IoT wearable platform, to enable smart wearable manufacturing brand to launch their products. The company took-off in 2015, after an initial funding of "$500,000" led by Tata Group, to carryout research. In 2017, YourNest, Spring Seeds Capital, and Titan invested $4.5 million, in its series A round[13] and raised $6.2 million in its series B funding round, led by ICT Fund[9] in 2019.

On 23 April 2020, EasyCare International and IDOC integrated with KaHa, to lunch a remote monitoring medical solutions to control the spread of COVID-19 in Indiana, USA.[14][15] On 8 April 2020, Advanced Remote Monitoring LLC (AARM) and sister company, Advanced Wearables Inc (AWI) announce a 360-degree solution for monitoring and isolating potential COVID-19 cases in California,[16] to reduce the risk of healthcare workers, though a continuous remote monitoring devices. It lunched a smart wearables "armtrackrCCM+ wristband"[17] to monitor temperature, heart rate and other metrics, providing real-time data to doctors and/or authorities remotely, including heat maps displaying spread of the virus in particular areas for quick response. Both detects and reinforces social distancing and quarantine requirements, by alerting patient, doctor, or even authorities.
