Short description: List of devices that can record 4K video
Comparison of common broadcast resolutions

4K resolution is a horizontal display resolution of approximately 4,000 pixels.[1] For digital cinematography, it is 8847360 4096 × 2160 (DCI 4K)[2], typically with a 256:135 (1.9:1) aspect ratio; for digital television, it is 8294400 3840 × 2160 (4K UHD), typically with a 16:9 (1.78:1) aspect ratio.

The 4K television market share increased as prices fell dramatically throughout 2013 and 2014.[3][4]

This is a list of devices which can record video in 4K resolution. As digital video authoring systems could be considered re-recording systems, these should be included.
