pTools is a developer of enterprise-level content management and asset management solutions and applications for intranet, extranet, Internet and interactive business systems.[1] The company has offices in Dublin, London, and Toronto and has customers in Ireland, the United Kingdom , the United States , Canada and Africa.[2]

History

pTools was founded in September 1997, releasing and deploying their first version of pTools in June 1998.

In 2012, pTools delivered pTools System6 software; the N-tier, secure, XML, WAI, ECM, .Net cloud application.[3]

Market

pTools is a Microsoft Gold Partner and ISV, one of 38 IBM NetGen companies in Europe, a SUN SDC and has partnerships with Oracle, Google, Equilibrium, and others.[4]

They have customers in central and local government, health & health services, law enforcement, data & printing, financial services & banking, and property management.[5]
