Lucius II: The Prophecy[1] is a psychological horror game that serves as a loose sequel to the original Lucius. Developed and published by Shiver Games, it was officially announced on August 8, 2014, and later released in February 2015 for Microsoft Windows.

The narrative revolves around Lucius being confined to the psychiatric ward of St. Benedict's Hospital. Players must guide Lucius as he escapes from the hospital and navigates the eerie town of Ludlow. Detective McGuffin becomes a crucial ally, recognizing Lucius's true potential and assisting him along the way.
A sequel titled Lucius III was subsequently released on December 13, 2018, continuing the narrative and expanding on the gameplay mechanics introduced in Lucius II.
