Piccut is a photo editor developed by TECH-PST that is now only available for Android devices the first version was in 2019 under the name "Sowr cut" which means photos cut, in September 2020 the developers re-launched it with significant changes compared to the first version, so that the addition of many features that were not present in the previous version, such as automatic removing background using the GrabCut algorithm developed by Microsoft and the addition of image editing tools, and the latest version is still in continuous development.
