Dale Volker (b. August 2, 1940) is a former Republican member of the New York State Senate, representing District 59 from a special election in 1975 to 2010.
Volker served in the New York State Assembly from 1972 to 1975. He served as Senate Assistant Majority Leader of Conference Operations, representing the 59th District.
On April 30, 2010, Volker announced that he would not seek re-election in 2010.[1]
Volker earned his B.A. from Canisius College, Buffalo, in 1963 and his J.D. from Buffalo Law School at the State University of New York in 1966. His professional experience includes working as an attorney and as a police officer for the Village of Depew from 1963 to 1972.[2]
