The movie claims that the income tax only applies to corporate profits, and that "there is no law" requiring Americans to pay payroll taxes. The movie then discusses the Federal Reserve and falsely claims that all income taxes go directly to the Federal Reserve to pay interest on the national debt. The remainder of the movie criticizes the Patriot Act and other Bush Administration policies.
