    De Havilland v. FX Networks

From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

De Havilland v. FX Networks, LLC is a California case that held against the actress Olivia de Havilland on her claims that a series on the cable network falsely portrayed her.

Olivia de Havilland was an Oscar-winning Hollywood star for decades, perhaps most famous for her role as Melanie in Gone With the Wind. She was portrayed in a relatively minor role in a series on FX Networks called "Feud", which was primarily about the feud between Betty Davis and Joan Crawford. De Havilland then unsuccessfully sued FX Networks for its alleged false statements it portrayed her as having made about her sister, actress Joan Fontaine.
