From Conservapedia - Reading time: 1 min

Russian pianist and teacher Heinrich Neuhaus (1888-1964) is widely esteemed as one of the most influential piano teachers of Moscow's Tchaikovsky Conservatory, if not of all time. His students include several of the 20th century's greatest pianists, including Emil Gilels, Sviatoslav Richter, and Radu Lupu, as well as many other influential Russian teachers such as Vera Gornostayeva, Stanislav Neuhaus, and Lev Naumov. He is also the author of The Art of Piano Playing, which is a highly regarded discussion of pianistic mastery.
