    The Saepta, more exactly, Saepta Julia (from Latin saeptum "enclosure"), was a building in Ancient Rome conceived by Julius Caesar and dedicated by Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa in 26 B.C. as a place where the comitia tribuna would gather to cast its votes, and eventually where citizens gathered to cast votes.
