    Introduction[edit | edit source]

According to Wikipedia [1] WalkMe, “WalkMe is a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) that works by overlaying information in "tip-balloons" in the browser window. These balloons break down online processes into step-by-step instructions.”. In other words, one can configure the online "WalkMe" service to help users navigate a web-based application, e.g. a learning management system or an online productivity tool.

    Effectiveness[edit | edit source]

An internal study used data from over 34,000 corporate CRM users from nearly 100 companies. On average, a user interacts with the CRM four times per day.

An analysis of active users showed that:

    • The average error correction time was reduced by 45%.
    • On average, the need to reenter data was reduced by 41%.
