All statistics correct as of 11 April 2025.1 Sponsored league name, referring to Turkish Airlines.
The 2024–25 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague is the 25th season of the modern era of the EuroLeague, and the 15th under the title sponsorship of Turkish Airlines. Including the competition's previous incarnation as the FIBA Europe Champions Cup, this is the 68th season of the premier basketball competition for European men's clubs. The season began on 3 October 2024 and will end on 25 May 2025 with the Final Four.[1] The Final Four will be held at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, which marks the first time in European basketball history that the game is played outside of the continent.[2]
For the fourth straight season, CSKA Moscow had their EuroLeague license rescinded following the Russian invasion of Ukraine.[3] Additionally, for the second consecutive season due to the war in Gaza, Maccabi Tel Aviv played abroad during the season, principally at Aleksandar Nikolic Hall in Belgrade; the majority of games were played behind closed doors.
This will be the second straight season under the new format with the play-in tournament for seventh- to tenth-placed teams in the regular season.
Panathinaikos are the defending champions.

[edit]
A total of 18 teams will participate in the league, including 17 teams from the 2023–24 season and one promoted from the 2023–24 EuroCup.[1]
On 12 April 2024, Paris Basketball achieved its first continental crown by winning its first EuroCup title after it swept Mincidelice JL Bourg in an almost perfect season with 22 wins and only one loss balance that earned the right to play in the league. It will be the debut season of the team from the French capital in the European top flight.[4] Valencia Basket were due to be relegated to the EuroCup.[5]

Play-in
[edit]
Main article: 2025 EuroLeague Play-in
Under the new format, the 7th to 10th-ranked teams faced each other in the play-in. Each game is hosted by the team with the higher regular season record. The format was similar to the first two rounds of the Page–McIntyre system for a four-team playoff that was identical to that of the NBA play-in tournament. First, the 7th seed will host the 8th seed, with the winner advancing to the playoffs as the 7th seed; likewise the 9th seed will host the 10th seed, with the loser eliminated. Then the loser of the 7-v-8 game will host the winner of the 9-v-10 game, with the winner of that game getting the final playoff spot, as the 8th seed.

Playoffs
[edit]
Main article: 2025 EuroLeague Playoffs
Playoffs series are best-of-five. The first team to win three games wins the series. A 2–2–1 format is used – teams with home-court advantage play games 1, 2, and 5 at home, while their opponents host games 3 and 4. Games 4 and 5 are only played if necessary. The four winning teams advance to the Final Four.[44]
Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv played their home games at Aleksandar Nikolic Hall in Serbia's capital, Belgrade, due to security concerns derived from the ongoing Gaza war.[93]
Maccabi's attendance not included in league total.
Fenerbahçe Beko game against Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv was relocated to Žalgiris Arena in Kaunas, Lithuania due to security concerns. Game attendance is not included in league total. [94]
Crvena zvezda Meridianbet and Partizan Mozzart Bet played two and one game respectively at Aleksandar Nikolić Hall due to availability reasons of Belgrade Arena. [95]
Anadolu Efes game against Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv was relocated to Xiaomi Arena in Riga, Latvia due to security concerns. Game attendance is not included in league total.[96]
