UFC 306: O'Malley vs. Dvalishvili (branded as Riyadh Season Noche UFC for sponsorship reasons) is an upcoming mixed martial arts event produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship that will take place on September 14, 2024, at the Sphere in Paradise, Nevada, part of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, United States.[1][2][3]

This event will be the second in the "Noche UFC" chronology introduced in 2023 by UFC Fight Night: Grasso vs. Shevchenko 2, marking the weekend of Mexico's independence day holiday.[4]
It will be the first sporting event held at Sphere,[3] and is being promoted as most likely being UFC's only-ever event at the venue. Dana White explained in a press conference that "everybody, when I said I wanted to do this, said, 'How? How are you going to do a fight in there? It’s too hard. It’s too this. It’s too that.' That’s the kind of stuff I love. We’ve already spent a shitload of money on this thing. Nobody will ever be able to pull this off again because nobody would spend the money to do it."[5]
On June 27, 2024, UFC announced a sponsorship with Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority, under which the event will be branded as "Riyadh Season Noche UFC". It will be the first UFC event to hold a title sponsorship.[3]
A UFC Bantamweight Championship bout between current champion Sean O'Malley and Merab Dvalishvili is expected to headline the event.[6]
A UFC Women's Flyweight Championship trilogy bout between current champion Alexa Grasso and Valentina Shevchenko is expected to take place at the event.[7] The pairing first met at UFC 285 in March 2023, where Grasso won the title by fourth round submission.[8] Their second meeting took place at UFC Fight Night: Grasso vs. Shevchenko 2 in September 2023, which the bout ended by split draw.[9] The pairing previously coached on The Ultimate Fighter: Team Grasso vs. Team Shevchenko against each other.[10]
A featherweight bout between Brian Ortega and Diego Lopes is expected to take place at the event.[11] The pair was previously expected to meet at UFC 303, but Ortega withdrew in a just hour before the bout due to illness.[12]
A middleweight bout between former LFA Middleweight Champion Anthony Hernandez and Michel Pereira was scheduled for this event.[13] However, the bout was moved to UFC Fight Night 246 to serve as the main event.[14]
