阿勃維爾（德語：Abwehr；[ˈapveːɐ̯]）或譯阿勃韦尔，是1921年至1944年間的德國軍事情報機構。術語“Abwehr”在德語是“防禦”的意思。本來是一戰后德國向協約國投降的產物，即其存在只是爲了防禦而已。1938年2月4日后改名為國防軍最高统帅部外事及防御局（Amt Ausland/Abwehr im Oberkommando der Wehrmacht）。

儘管名稱本身有防諜的意味，但實際上卻是一個徹底的情報機構，只處理“人力情报”相關事件。該部門直屬德國國防軍最高統帥部。其總部位於柏林提尔皮茨河岸（德语：Reichpietschufer）76-78号（76/78 Tirpitzufer），靠近最高統帥部辦公室（英语：Bendlerblock）。
