    Dr. Leonard Hochstein is a celebrity plastic surgeon who practices in Miami, FL.[1] He has performed over 30,000 breast augmentation surgeries in his career, which has led him being recognized as a top plastic surgeon in the country and to the media dubbing him as the “Boob God”.[2]

    Early Life and Education[edit]

    Dr. Hochstein’s long and successful career began directly after high school, when he applied directly to medical school as a merit scholar. He then attended Louisiana State University Medical Center. At this time, he published his first scientific paper, and trained with the Department of Surgery.[3]

    In 1990, he received his Doctor of Medicine and graduated as valedictorian of his class.

    Career[edit]

    After obtaining his M.D. in 1990, Dr. Hochstein trained at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas in trauma and general surgery until 1995. It was here where he found his passion for surgery and that he wanted to have a direct impact on patients quality of life.[4]

    In 1995, Dr. Hochstein was promoted to Chief Surgical Resident at Parkland Memorial and also continued his work as an author, with several of his works being published in the Annuals of Plastic Surgery.[5][6]

    In 1998, Dr. Hochstein founded his surgical center, which provides a comprehensive range of plastic surgery services, along with a MedSpa for non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

    Throughout his career, Dr. Hochstein’s goals have remained the same: Change a person’s quality of life through self-improvement.[7]

    Philanthropy[edit]

    In 2022, Dr. Hochstein launched the Dr. Leonard Hochstein Scholarship for Future Doctors of America.[8][9] The scholarship aims to provide scholarship funding for a deserving student who is studying medicine to become one of our future star physicians.[10]
