Eats365 is a global F&B cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) solution provider[1] headquartered in Hong Kong,[2][3] with regional offices in the US,[4] Singapore, China and Taiwan.
Eats365 was founded by Wilson Lee, after it was incorporated from its parent company 365 Technologies Holding Limited in 2014.[5] Eats365 offers POS solutions as well as modules for the many aspect of a restaurant, including mPOS, PhotoMenu, eSignage and Reporting.[6][7] Their solution also offers Open APIs which allows ISVs to integrate with its platform. Current integrated solutions include payments,[8][9] e-Wallets,[10] and Self-ordering solutions.[11][12][13][14] Over the years, Eats365 has expanded with offices in the United States, Taiwan, and Singapore, as well as created a reseller network in many countries around the world, such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, etc.[15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22]
Early in its inception, Eats365 was recognized by the Hong Kong ICT and won the Best Business award in 2015.[23] In the same year, the company was accepted into the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park’s (HKSTP) Incu-Tech Programme as an ‘HKSTP Incubatee’.[24] In 2019, Eats365 completed the App “Modernization” as required by Apple and was granted member of the Mobility Partner Program.[25][26] Through the years, the company was named one of the Top 20 POS Solution Companies – 2019 by CIOReview.[27][28]
Eats365 Products include POS, Customer Facing Display (CFD), PhotoMenu, Ticket Kiosk, Kitchen Display System, Expedite Display, eSignage, and User App in the Apple App Store, and mPOS, Queue Kiosk, Signage, and User App in the Google Play Store.[29]
