Carlos Daniel dos Santos Diniz, (born July 26, 1999) better known by his stage name HX Leal,[1] and a Brazilian rapper, actor, and YouTuber.[2] became known when he took part in the movie Doce Encanto[3][4]
Biography and career[edit]
Carlos Daniel, born in Alagoas, is a rapper who came from a simple family and always dreamed of working in TV when he was a child.
As a teenager he was influenced by artists like Racionais MCs, Emicida and Charlie Brown Jr, 50 Cent, in childhood I was considered a shy person I absorbed a lot of things around me, but I stayed in my own world.[5]
Career[edit]
In 2014, he decided to create videos for YouTube. Inspired by great personalities such as Whindersson Nunes, Enaldinho, Rezende, his video with the most views was a funk playlist that reached the 8 million mark in 5 months in 2017, he gained national recognition by reaching the 100 thousand subscribers mark and becoming the top 6 YouTubers in his state Alagoas.[6]
He became interested in being a rapper at the end of 2010 when he heard Racionais MCs for the first time. From then on he started taking part in battles at his school and it was there that he found himself. In 2015 he released his first single "Mais um dia" and stood out on the national scene already on his first release, which was removed from the platforms. He remained anonymous until 2018 when he decided to show his face.That same year, he starred in the film O Grande Sonhador[7]
