Juan Cayón is a Spanish scholar and author. He is the Vice-President of CICA International, Deputy President for Institutional Relations in Nebrija University[1], and Chair of the Cátedra Jean Monnet EUDEFENCE[2][3].
Dr. Juan Cayón Peña was born in 1968, in Madrid, Spain.
He has a Doctorate and a Law Degree, a Diploma from the School of Legal Practice, a Higher Degree in Legal Sciences from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE, and also a Higher Diploma in French Language and Civilization from Sorbonne University.[4]
He was the Rector of Nebrija University from 2014 to 2020.[1] He started working in this university in 2004. Before becoming rector, he worked as Vice Chancellor of International Programs and Director of the Department of Law and International Relations.[5]
