    Mohit Joshi is an Indian business executive and CEO and Managing Director of Tech Mahindra.[1][2]Additionally, he serves as an independent non-executive director at Aviva plc.[3]

    Mohit Joshi holds a master's in business administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. He earned his bachelor's degree from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.[4]

    Tech Mahindra[edit]

    Mohit Joshi assumed the role of Managing Director and CEO designate of Tech Mahindra on June 20, 2023.[5] He later assumed the role of Managing Director and CEO of Tech Mahindra on December 20, 2023.[6] In this capacity, he has outlined a three-track strategy for the IT services company.[7]

    Infosys[edit]

    Before joining Tech Mahindra, Mohit Joshi held the position of President at Infosys. In 2007, he assumed the role of CEO of Infosys Mexico, where he set up the company's first subsidiary in Latin America.[8]

    Aviva plc[edit]

    On December 1, 2020, Mohit Joshi was appointed as a non-executive director on the board of Aviva plc. In this role, he serves as Independent Non-Executive Director.[3]

    Recognition and Leadership[edit]

    In 2014, Mohit was selected as Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and serves on various boards and committees, including a role as Vice Chair of the Economic Growth Board of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI).[9]
