Odwadiya is a small village of 659 hectares in Desuri Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Odwadiya depends on Pali, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 31.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Odwadiya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Odwadiya's pin code is 306503[4], and village code is 02454400. The area of Odwadiya is segregated as 61 hectares irrigated area, 49 hectares unirrigated, the 134 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 415.2 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Odwadiya is a census village in the district of Pali, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 341 and has total administration over 79 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 83 (24.34%) males constitute 39 (11.44%) of the population and females 44 (12.90%).

The workforce is 75 male, 71 female with 143 (97.95%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 75 males and 68 females. 3 males and 1 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 34 male and 47 female agricultural labor. 3 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pali to sell coal and make their living.
