Saisha Shinde[1] [2] is an Indian transgender fashion designer[3][4]. She is very famous for being the first transwoman[5] celeb fashion designer of india[6].
Early Life and Education[edit]
Shinde had born as 'Swapnil Shinde'[7] a male child. She done her fashion education from NIFT[8].
Notable Work[edit]
Shinde work as fashion designer for many hindi films like 'Laxmii'(2020), 'Guzaarish (film) (2010) and Fashion (2008 film) etc. Sinde also participated in 'Project Runway (season 14), it's a American TV show(2015). Indian model Harnaaz Sandhu representing India at 70th edition of Miss Universe and won the tittle of Miss Universe in the same. The gown Harnaaz Sandhu wear designed by Saisha Shinde[9][10]. Shinde is a celebrity designer and has dressed the famous Bollywood celebrities like Bhumi Pednekar[11], Shraddha Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Anushka Sharma in the past[12].
Reality Show[edit]
Recently in 2022 Shinde participated[13] in an indian reality show 'Lock Upp (season 1)'[14] season 1. In the show she shared a lot things about her personal life like 'Shinde abused a lot during her past relationship'. it was all mental abused[15]. She also fall in love during the show with another participant Munawar Faruqui[16]. The show hosted by notable indian actress Kangana Ranaut[17] on ALTBalaji and MX Player.
