Shreepura is a small village of 301 hectares in Keshoraipatan Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Shreepura depends on INDRAGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 3.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Shreepura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Shreepura's pin code is 323301[3], and village code is 02721700. The area of Shreepura is segregated as 160 hectares irrigated area, 72 hectares unirrigated, the 62 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 6.85 hectare area not available for cultivation.
