Taseemo is a small village of 585 hectares in Sepau Tehsil in Dholpur district, also known as the land of red stone in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Taseemo depends on DHAULPUR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Taseemo is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Taseemo's pin code is 328027[3], and village code is 01139700. The area of Taseemo is segregated as 169.08 hectares irrigated area, 230.97 hectares unirrigated, the 112.12 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 72.89 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Taseemo is a census village in the district of Dholpur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 6767 and has total administration over 1156 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 2092 male, 1607 female with 2004 (54.18%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 1609 males and 395 females. 795 males and 154 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 231 male and 77 female agricultural labor. 1695 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of DHAULPUR and Dholpur to sell woodan khat and make their living.
