Vajram Group is an Indian Real estate development company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, founded by Pavan Vajram in 2009. Vajram Group is involved in developing and constructing Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects across Bengaluru and Hyderabad.^[1]

Over the years, the company has completed 3 million square feet of construction, and over 1500 happy families, and has emerged as one of the leading Real estate developers in Bengaluru.^[2]

Vajram Group was established in 2009 by Pavan Vajram, who currently serves as the Managing Director. Over the years, Vajram Group has completed over 9 projects, delivering over 3 million square feet of assets across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.^[3]

Vajram Group is known for developing functional and environmentally sustainable spaces using quality materials. The company delivers timely projects with clear titles and transparent deals. Its projects are designed, engineered, landscaped, and constructed in partnership with industry-leading companies, such as Space Matrix, Urban Frame, Design Tree, and ecoINSPACE. Banking partners like SBI, Axis Bank, and HDFC Bank have been associated with the organisation.

The company's commercial projects are located in Bengaluru’s business hubs such as Bellandur and Yelahanka (Upcoming).

Vajram Group has obtained over $15 million in foreign direct investment (FDI) from the founder’s US money in the form of compulsorily convertible debentures (CCD).

In 2019, Pavan Vajram won the CF Award for the Most Enterprising CEO.
In 2019, Vajram Tiara won the CF Award for the Best Luxury Condominium.
The company won the Realty Conclave and Excellence Award in 2020 after voters selected Vajram Tiara as the best residential project in South India.
In 2020, Vajram Esteva won the Realty Conclave and Excellence Award for a mixed-use project.
In 2021, Vajram Group won the Best Emerging Developer award at the Times Business Awards.
The same year, Vajram Newton won the most admired residential project award at the Times Business Awards and the Silicon India Real Estate Award in North Bangalore.
In 2021, Vajram Tiara won the Best Architecture award at the GABA (Global Architecture and Builder Awards).
In 2022, Vajram Group received the Best Enterprising CEO of the Year award from the Times Business Awards.
