    ANCOVA

    ANCOVA stands for analysis of covariance. ANCOVA allows comparison of means for different groups, while controlling for the effect of one of other variables which are correlated with the DV. ANCOVA adjusts the group means, based on covariate, and then compares these adjusted means across groups.
